BEFORE YOU EMAIL

To help me assist you faster, please include:

  1. Your name
  2. Your order number, if you have one
  3. The email address used at checkout
  4. A quick description of what you need help with
  5. Photos, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect

The more details you send upfront, the faster I can help without us having to play email ping-pong.

RESPONSE TIME

I do my best to respond to emails within 2–3 business days.

During launches, sales, holidays, or busy shop seasons, response times may be a little longer. I promise I’m not ignoring you — I’m probably packing orders, answering emails, or gently arguing with shipping labels.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Customer service emails are handled during regular business days, Monday through Friday.

Emails sent on weekends or holidays will be answered as soon as possible on the next business day.

ORDER QUESTIONS

If you’re reaching out about an order, please include your order number in your email.

This helps me find your order quickly and keeps everything moving without detective work, mood boards, or dramatic zoom-ins.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email me within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.

Hold on to the item and original packaging while we sort things out. It helps me understand what happened and make it right.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Sometimes tracking numbers are a little sleepy at first.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or seems stuck in transit, please check your tracking and contact the shipping carrier first. They usually have the best tools to locate packages.

You can still email me if something feels off, and I’ll do my best to help point you in the right direction.

Please do not send urgent order changes through social media DMs.

For cancellations, address updates, returns, or order issues, email is the best way to reach me. It keeps everything organized and makes sure your message doesn’t get lost in the chaos goblin scroll.
